Shipping policy
Online orders over £50 and under 30 kg will be delivered by DPD UK-wide free of charge. Orders are usually delivered the next working day if they are placed before 3 p.m. (except on Saturdays and Sundays). Orders under £50 will incur a delivery fee of £3.95.
55 & 65-inch TVs will be sent via pallet service, which can take up to 3 working days.
Online orders over 30 kg and/or over certain dimensions (large items) can be delivered in a 15-mile radius free of charge direct from our superstore. Alternatively, these items can be collected.
Large items include:
- TVs above 65 inches
- Refrigeration appliances
- Washing machines
- Tumble Dryers
- Washer Dryers
- Dishwashers
- Ovens
Installation services for TVs, washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, tumble dryers, and ovens are available on request.
Delivery to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands may incur an extra charge — please contact us for a quotation before placing an order.
We aim to process orders the same day and will contact you should your item be out of stock or delayed for any reason and offer you either a new delivery date or a refund.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
We aim to get orders dispatched the same day, and if the order is placed by 2pm, then orders are usually shipped to your door the next day. If for whatever reason this isn't the case, please allow up to 3 days, and if you still haven't received items, then please contact us, and the team can look into the status of your delivery.
What if I change my mind?
If you decide you no longer want your purchase, please contact us to arrange cancellation and to receive a refund.
