The ultra-flexible cooktop extractor system with maximum ease of use.

The most flexible of our compact cooktop extractor systems. Suitable for cookware of all shapes and sizes. From large roasters to small pots, thanks to the zone induction areas on the left and the surface induction zones on the right everything is optimally recognised.

Intuitive operation

The BORA M Pure can be completely controlled using touch controls. The vertical slider makes operation even easier by intuitively moving your finger up and down or by tapping directly. All important operating functions can be accessed with just one touch.

Colourful inlet nozzles

The colourful inlet nozzles in the colours orange, red, blue, jade green, light grey, sunny yellow, black and greige provide colour in the kitchen and personal accents. The inlet nozzles can be replaced with one hand according to individual requirements.

Induction times two

The two surface induction cooking zones on the right side measuring 230 x 230 mm can be connected to form a large area measuring 230 x 460 mm thanks to the automatic bridge function. The two individual cooking zones on the left side are ideal for smaller pots and pans.

Features

Bridging function

The bridging function can be used to easily combine the two surface induction cooking zones to form one large cooking zone. The power for the combined zones is then adjusted by a single operating control.

Simple personalisation

The configuration menu can be used to select basic appliance settings and subsequently modify them at any time.

Flexible surface induction

Cookware can be freely positioned on the available surface induction zone and will always be fully and uniformly heated whether circular or angular (roasters), large or small.

Intuitive sControl operating panel

The unique vertical slider makes operation via the intuitive up and downwards movement of your finger or direct tapping with the fingertip even easier. All of the important functions are at your fingertips in a flash.

Intuitive, context-sensitive operation

Context sensitivity ensures that only currently relevant functions are displayed. Operation is supported by visual (traffic light function) and acoustic (confirmation/warning tones) responses.

Optimum cooking zone positioning

The offset arrangement of the cooking zones around the circular extractor opening provides maximum space for cookware/pans while the close vicinity to the extractor enables optimum extraction performance.

Oversized cooking area

Thanks to the operating panel not restricting the cooking area and the optimum arrangement and size of the cooking zones, there is plenty of space for two large pots or pans (up to 24 cm) to be placed one behind the other.

How the BORA exhaust air model works

An exhaust air extractor channels the air that it draws in out into the open air. The system is linked to an exhaust pipe system with a wall sleeve, which leads to the outside via an opening in the building envelope. This opening can be in the exterior wall, the roof or the cellar.

How the BORA recirculation model works

With recirculation extractor systems, the air stays in the living space. The extractor draws away the air contaminated with cooking and frying odours as well as grease molecules, effectively filters it through a grease and activated charcoal filter, and releases the purified air back into the kitchen environment. The BORA activated charcoal filter binds the odour molecules from the waste steam. These filters must be changed regularly – every one or two years – to guarantee effective extractor performance. The system will tell you when you need to change the filter and you can also consult the operating instructions.
